Description: The Human Resources (HR) function is a department that handles a wide range of various functions in an organization. This department is responsible for the recruitment and
exit of employees, training employees, maintaining relations within the organisation, and implementing necessary government laws related to employment. The HR department works persistently behind the scenes to ensure that an organization is functioning efficiently. The department actively sources, screens, interviews, a nd hires/recruits qualified potential candidates for all open positions. The Human Resources function also oversees skills assessment and personality tests to match candidates with the right job within the company. The duration of this course will be from 90 hrs to 110 hrs with real-time projects and will cover both teaching and practical sessions.
